Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete following FOUR steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes the CD media of the Proceedings, possible listing and indexing in IEEE Xplore by the IEEE Computer Society, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

All the registered participants/authors are eligible for CD media of the CNC proceedings. Students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) have to submit their scanned copy of the ID card along with the Reg, form to avail the deduction. When the students are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card and Bonafied certificate from the Head of the Institution.

PAPER DEADLINE: Final paper is due by 2 July 2010.

COPYRIGHT DEADLINE: A signed copyright release form is due by 2 July 2010.

Step 2 - Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) electronics Copyright Transfer Form. Send your completed copyrights forms to the IEEE CPS Authors kit only.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper in accordance with the standard double-column format. Camera Ready paper must follow the double column common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection. The IEEE’s guidelines, available at PDF | WORD
